How do I take this?
To assess your tolerance, take 1 capsule, 2x daily for days 1-3. Once tolerance is assessed, take 2 capsules, 2x daily for day 4 and beyond.
When should I take this?
Take each serving 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 largest meals. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
How do I get the best results?
Throughout the day, avoid unhealthy snacking and drink 10 glasses of water to stay hydrated. Avoid usage within 5 hours of bedtime. Use for 60 days in combination with diet and training. Read the entire label before use.
